On , the Financial Conduct Authority issued a warning regarding Investex Capital Ltd (registered in Vanuatu)
In its notification, the FCA said "We believe this company has been offering, promoting or selling financial services or products in the UK without exemption or our authorisation. Find out why you should be especially wary of dealing with companies like this and how to protect yourself from scammers.".
The FCA went on to note that
Almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorised by us.
However, some firms act without our authorisation and some knowingly run investment scams.
This company is not authorised by us and is targeting people around the world but primarily in Germany, France, Spain and Italy. Based upon information we hold, we believe it is carrying on regulated activities and making financial promotions without authorisation or exemption.
