On March 16, 2020, the Financial Conduct Authority issued a warning regarding My Safe Market / mysafemarket

In its notification, the FCA said "We believe this firm may be providing financial services or products in the UK without our authorisation. Find out why you should be wary of dealing with this unauthorised firm and how to protect yourself.".

The FCA went on to note that
