On , the Financial Conduct Authority issued a warning regarding Oladimeji Junior Oyefeso / Elijah Oyefeso / DCT Trading Group Ltd
In its notification, the FCA said "We believe this individual has been offering, promoting or selling financial services or products in the UK without exemption or our authorisation. Find out why you should be especially wary of dealing with this unauthorised individual and how to protect yourself from scammers.".
The FCA went on to note that
Almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorised by us.
However, some firms and individuals act without our authorisation and some knowingly run investment scams.
This individual is not authorised by us and is targeting people in the UK. Based upon information we hold, we believe he is making financial promotions without authorisation or exemption.
